Sophomore Entertainment (SophomoreEnt.com) is a production company/independent label based out of the Ladera Heights area of Los Angeles CA. It originally started with one member who once worked at a major label as a staff producer who has been active since 2020. Years of experience have been gained and a team has been formed of talented producers and songwriters focusing on urban music.

 

The word "Sophomore" means "second chance" as this is a new beginning for the founder. Sophomore also means "the skilled" referring to the production team. As all members are not rookies to the game and take great pride in delivering the most relevant songs on the market.

 

Our primary focus is urban music production; however we also offer management, artist development, and publishing opportunities to those who are as willing and as passionate about the craft as we are. We look forward to connecting with the music community and writing the soundtrack to life while helping dreams come true. Our team has embarked on a journey to creating great music from club bangers to timeless classics.
